In the event that you haven't received the products or services you have purchased and we haven't shipped the products (including pre-orders) or services as stated, but that you simply would like to cancel your order, we do offer refunds however there is a credit card refund surcharge fee of 2.5% +.30c for the value of the order.
However if the products have been shipped and you will would like to cancel your order. A restocking fee of $25.00 will be deducted and the final balance will be refunded to you.
